We do not guarantee government outcomes, processing times at public bodies, or results dependent on third parties.
UAE ETTS legislation (Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021) recognises electronic documents, and qualified electronic signatures may have the same legal effect as manual signatures when conditions are met.
The Customer enters information (may fill in in their preferred language)
The Partner may work in Arabic where relevant for delivery
The Platform sets up the contract between Customer and Partner
Documents are sent to both parties for review and electronic signing

4.2 Government fees
Government fees are not controlled by One Stop Shop and may be changed by authorities. We always clearly show (1) our price, (2) partner's price and (3) government fees before you confirm.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that information and documents are correct, and for responding to requests needed for delivery.
Platform fee may be non-refundable once work has commenced
Government fees follow the authorities' own rules (often non-refundable)
Partner's work is refunded only as agreed in the contract between Customer and Partner
The Customer should report issues via the portal. One Stop Shop handles the case through a documented process.
To the extent permitted by law, One Stop Shop's liability is limited to direct losses related to the platform service and up to the amount the Customer has paid in platform fees for the specific case.
We may suspend accounts for misuse, fraud indicators, attempts to circumvent payment rules or breach of terms.
All software, texts and templates in the portal belong to One Stop Shop. The Customer receives a licence only for using the service.
The parties consent to the use of electronic documents and electronic signing in One Stop Shop. Electronic documents do not lose legal effect solely because they are electronic.
The parties accept that signing logs, timestamps and signing evidence are stored in the portal as documentation.
The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
